Lightning just stayed sitting, just glaring at him.

"Is there a point to this or are we just wasting our time?"

Wasting our time, if my opinion counts. Lightning said flatly, not shifting her gaze.

Wolverine just sighed, "fine by me." ((Writers block ))

Wolverine just shrugged and sat down, moving so his back was against a rock.

Lightning straightened her legs and fliped around so she landed on the ground with a soft thud. She climbed back up the tree with ease, and sat so she still had a good view of Wolveriene, but could also see the surrounding area without turning her head.

"What is it with you and trees?" he growled, annoyed at the situation.

Two reasons. 1. I've a vantage point over you, 2. More comfortable than the ground, and less deadly. Lightning said flatly, not moving her head or any other part of her body. The only part of her moving was her chest from breathing, and her hair being blown by the gentle breeze.

"Vantage point, why didn't I think of that?" muttered Wolverine, though he prefered to keep his feet on solid ground.

There's a snake behind you. Lightning said, hearing the snake slithering through the grass.
